Founded in 1954, the Graduate School aims to produce true scholars who, tough continuous study of advanced theories and their application to practical fields, acquire qualities required by today's leaders to effectively and responsibly contribute to the betterment of society. The School also endeavors to produce students capable of combining individual creativity with analytic capability. In 1995, the Graduate School instructed its 1,770 graduate students in 53 master`s degree and 40 doctoral degree programs. Modern teaching methods and facilities provide a scholarly environment conducive to serious research and study. |
